    1. General
      By using our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to follow the
      Terms & Conditions outlined below, as well as any additional policies listed on our website,
      including the Privacy Policy. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions can be found on
      this page, and we reserve the right to modify or update them at any time. Please check this page
      regularly to stay informed about any changes.

    2. Personal information
      We will handle any personal data that you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy,
      which you can read by clicking here. This includes collecting, storing, using, and disclosing your
      personal information.
    3. Intellectual Property
      Boom boom Blossom owns all the content that is available on the website, and we reserve all
      the rights related to that content.

    4. Payment
      We accept payment for orders through various methods, including Visa, MasterCard, and
      PayMe/FPS. By using any of these payment methods, you confirm that you are the owner of the
      credit/debit card or PayMe/FPS account used, or that you have been authorized by the owner to
      use it. If your card issuer denies authorization for payment to Boom Boom Blossom, we are not
      responsible for any delays or non-delivery of your order. Our payment processes meet the strict
      security standards set by the Payment Card Industry to ensure a safe and secure shopping
      experience. If you choose to save your card details in your account on our website, they will be
      encrypted and securely stored for future transactions. However, we are not responsible for any
      loss resulting from unauthorized access by a third party to your data, unless we are found to be
      negligent.

    5. Acceptance of your order
      After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your
      order. Please review the information carefully, including the delivery address and recipient
      details, and notify us immediately if any of the information is incorrect.
      We carefully handcraft all of our flower products using the finest blossoms available each day. In
      the event that a particular flower shown on our website is unavailable for any reason, we may
      substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value, ensuring a timely delivery. The
      substitute flower will be of a similar color to the original one.

    6. Change/Cancellation
      Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. All orders are considered final. However, if you
      need to make changes to your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before the delivery date.
      In case you have made an error while placing your order, please contact us immediately via
      WhatsApp (852)6685-7885 or email bbb@boomboomblossom.com to make the necessary
      corrections.

    7. Plants disclaimer
      7.1. Plant Health: Our plants are grown with the utmost care and attention to ensure
      they are healthy and disease-free. However, it is important to note that plants are
      living organisms and their health can be affected by factors outside of our control,
      such as environmental conditions or improper care. While we strive to provide
      accurate care instructions for each plant, we cannot guarantee their continued
      health or growth after they leave our care.
      7.2. Plant Substitution: We make every effort to provide the exact plants shown on our
      website, but due to seasonal availability or other factors, we may need to
      substitute certain plants with a similar variety of equal or greater value.
      7.3. Allergies: Some people and pets may have allergies or sensitivities to certain
      plants. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any allergies or
      sensitivities prior to purchasing a plant. We cannot be held responsible for any
      adverse reactions.
      7.4. Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for plants.
      However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of
      delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
      7.5. Plant Care: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide appropriate care for
      their plants. We provide care instructions with each plant, but it is up to the
      customer to follow them and provide suitable growing conditions for the plant.

    8. Waiver and Indemnity
      At our request, you agree to protect us and not hold us responsible for any damages, expenses,
      or legal fees resulting from a breach of the TC by you or by anyone using your account due to
      your actions or inactions. If we don't take action against you for a breach of the TC, it doesn't
      mean we won't take action in the future for any other breaches.

    9. Complaints
      We have a procedure for handling complaints that we will use to try to resolve any disputes as
      soon as possible. If you have any complaints or comments related to your order, please contact
      our Customer Care team. Boom Boom Blossom values the intellectual property of others and if
      you believe that your work has been used on the Site without your permission, please follow our
      complaints handling procedure to contact us.

    10. Delivery
      10.1. Delivery Times: Our delivery service is available Monday through Sunday, from
      11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We do not offer delivery service on public holidays.
      10.2. Delivery Fees: Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery location and the
      size of the order. Please check the delivery fee at the time of placing your order.
      10.3. Order Cut-Off Times: If an order is received after the specified "cut off" or "last
      order" time, or on a non-working day, the estimated delivery time will be
      calculated from the date the order is processed, unless otherwise indicated.
      10.4. Delivery Policy: Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer
      on the order form. We are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be made due
      to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer. In the
      event that the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will make every
      effort to leave the order in a safe and secure location, and leave a note for the
      recipient.
      10.5. If any changes need to be made to the order, a 48-hour notice is required.
      However, if changes are made within 48 hours, an additional cost of $250 will be
      charged.
      10.6. If the customer is not present during delivery or the recipient rejects the item/s, it
      will be deemed as delivered. An additional fee of $250 will be charged on the
      purchaser if a second delivery is required.
      10.7. If a typhoon 8 (or higher) or black rainstorm signal is raised, delivery services will
      be halted immediately.
