FAQ


1 -     Delivery Times: Our delivery service is available Monday through Sunday, from  
          11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We do not offer delivery service on public holidays.


2 -     We Delivery Fees: Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery location and the 
          size of the order. Please check the delivery fee at the time of placing your order.

3 -     Order Cut-Off Times: If an order is received after the specified "cut off" or "last 
          order" time, or on a non-working day, the estimated delivery time will be 
          calculated from the date the order is processed, unless otherwise indicated.

4 -     Delivery Policy: Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer 
          on the order form. We are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be made due 
          to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer. In the 
          event that the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will make every
          effort to leave the order in a safe and secure location, and leave a note for the 
          recipient.

5 -     If any changes need to be made to the order, a 48-hour notice is required. 
          However, if changes are made within 48 hours, an additional cost of $250 will be 
          charged.

6 -     If the customer is not present during delivery or the recipient rejects the item/s, it 
         will be deemed as delivered. An additional fee of $250 will be charged on the 
         purchaser if a second delivery is required.

7 -     If a typhoon 8 (or higher) or black rainstorm signal is raised, delivery services will 
          be halted immediately.
